**LG Method – Signature Class**
The Signature Class is the core of the LG Method and evolves every week.
This energizing, one-hour, low-impact Pilates-based full-body workout blends sculpted strength, deep core activation, spiral rotation, and rhythmic flow to build lean muscle tone while supporting long-term longevity for both mind and body.
Each sequence is explained clearly at the beginning, then layered into dynamic choreography designed to challenge stability, activate glutes and deep core, and improve posture, pelvic support, and circulation. We train in diagonal and rotational patterns to hydrate fascia, protect joints, and build resilience — so your body moves better, not just harder.
Expect intelligent loading, breath-led transitions, and heart-rate elevation without excess stress.
**Suggested weights:**
• Up to 2 lb ankle weights
• Up to 5 lb hand weights
Additional props may be incorporated to enhance precision and activation.
