Esegui la classe con attenzione alle mosse, fermandoti se necessario. Segui le istruzioni, ma lasciati anche andare nel tuo flow corpo/ mente, necessario per riacquistare il tuo equilibrio psicofisico. Ogni classe inizia con Low Impact cardio e braccia workout, per poi andare al tappetino e lavorare glutei, gambe con mobilita' articolare . Finiamo poi addominali. Pesi per braccia max 1.5 kg e cavigliere dal mezzo kg a 1 kg.

This Mindbody Sculpt class helps tone every muscle in your body, increase mobility, and free your mind through energy and motivational phrases of the month's theme. Run the class carefully to the moves, stopping if necessary. Follow the instructions, but also let go into your body/mind flow, necessary to regain your psychophysical balance. Each class starts with Low Impact cardio and arms workout, and then go to the mat and work buttocks, legs with joint mobility. We then end up in the abdomen. Arm weights max 1.5 kg and anklets from half kg to 1 kg.
