The Signature Class is the core of the LG method and it changes every week.
This hour long energy driven workout is a complete low impact pilates based strengthening full body routine.
The moves are explained slowly at the beginning of each sequence and they are created to increase muscular tone and longevity for the mind and the body.
Weights suggested: Max 2 pound ankle weight and Max 5 pounds Hand weights. Other props might be used.
