Hello, I am new and so excited to start my journey. I am wondering if I am supposed to do the same LGFIT Signature sculp that has been designed for the week or if I can alternate different signature sculps from prior weeks or months? I know with certain programs, it is preferable to stay with the same sculpt routine to maximize the results for the week. Please let me know what will be most effective.

There are two ways to follow the program:
1- same signature LGFIT class repeat 3- 6 times per week + bonus class +mindsculpt class( this is a more targeted type of work that follow the strategy)
2- more instinctively pick and choose your classes
(3 x week at least to see results )
What I suggest is for you to not get bored and skip them:) . As always listen to your body. And there are many classes even shorter ones to choose from if you have little time 🤍

Hai 3 opzioni:
1- seguire il programma di 28 giorni entrando nelle categorie indicate e scegliendo una classe nuova ogni volta che è indicata nel giorno del programma.
Esempio :
combine vai nella sezione “combine” e scegli la classe , dacing arms vai nella nella categoria “dancing arms “ di combine e scegli una classe etc.
Pe classi fundamental hanno
la loro Sezione a se.
Puoi scegliere tu le Classi nella sezione indicata se non è specificato. Invece le classi fondamento devi ripetere sempre le stesse per un mese.
