Fai la classe con attenzione alle mosse, fermandoti se necessario. Segui le istruzioni, ma lasciati anche andare nella tuo flow corpo/ mente, necessaria per riacquistare il tuo equilibrio psicofisico. Ogni classe inizia con Low Impact cardio e braccia workout, per poi andare al tappetino e lavorare glutei, gambe con mobilita' articolare . Finiamo poi addominali. Pesi per braccia max 1.5 kg e cavigliere dal mezzo kg a 1 kg.
In this class Linda guides you in a sequence of her Mindbody Sculpt method that helps you tone every muscle in your body, increase mobility and free your mind through energy and motivational phrases from the theme explored during each month. Do the class carefully, learning the moves and stopping if necessary. Follow the instructions, but also let go of your body/mind flow, necessary to regain your psychophysical balance. Each class starts with Low Impact cardio and arms workout, then we work down to the mat and shape the buttocks, legs, with a special focus on joints mobility and abs. Max 1.5 kg arm weights and anklets from half kg to 1 kg.
